Ingredients
- rice (medium grain), or korean style rice. 3 parts
- olive oil 1/3 parts
- lard 1/3 parts
- desired vegetables including chopped garlics total 1 parts
- egg 1/6 parts
- salmon 1/3 parts
- rough chopped spring onion 1/3 parts
- hoysin sauce 1/6parts
- oyster sauce 1/6 parts
- salt to taste
Directions
- add olive oil to the desired size wok pan
- add rough chopped spring onion
- fry the spring onion in the oil until it browns
- remove the spring onion
- add all the vegetables into the oil
- sweat them.
- Before all, cook the rice than add rice into sweated vegs
- cook until rice is little dried.
- add egg and coat all the ingredients well with egg while on the heat
- ready to serve
