How can I make changes to my account? (e-mail address, password, mailing address, etc.)
You may change your personal information by logging into the DISH website and selecting “My Account” in the top right corner.
What if I have questions about my billing?
Please e-mail our Member Support Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I cancel my account?
Call our Member Support Department at 1-866-652-9470 if you would like to cancel your account. Please have your membership number on hand. This is located next to your name on the DISH member website or in any of the e-mails you may have received from us. You may also e-mail your cancellation to email@example.com. Please include your membership number.
Can I receive a refund?
If you have paid for an annual membership, you can receive a refund for the unused balance of your paid membership. If you have a monthly membership, you may cancel and stop future charges.
I lost my Membership card, how do I get a new one?
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have lost your membership card and we’ll send you a new one.
What should I do if I am not receiving DISH membership emails?
Please confirm that we have your correct e-mail address by logging into the DISH website and selecting “My Account” in the top right. If the address is correct, please e-mail us email@example.com.
What if I do not receive my Membership Kit or my Membership Kit is damaged?
If you do not receive a membership kit or if it arrives damaged, please e-mail the Member Service Center (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will send you a new one. Please be sure to include your membership number for easy reference. This is located next to your name on the DISH member website or in any of the e-mails you may have received from us.
I am having trouble logging in.
On the login page, you may select “Request New Password” and an e-mail will be sent, allowing you to reset your password. If the problem continues, please e-mail Member Support at email@example.com.

How do I use the Deals & Discounts?
Locate the Deals and Discounts section in the drop-down menu under DISH. Select the program that interests you and you will be directed to a page with details for that program and a link to shop and redeem the offer.
Why was my question not answered in the live Question & Answer session?
