Gift Memberships

Can I purchase a DISH membership as a gift for someone else?

You may purchase a DISH membership to send to another person. Visit our gift page and enter your e-mail address (you do not have to be an existing DISH member). Provide your billing information, and then you will receive an email with a redemption code that you can share with your friend. Once your friend logs in and activates their membership, we will ship the DISH gift to their home address.

Account and Billing Management

How can I make changes to my account? (email address, password, mailing address, etc.)
You may change your personal information by logging into the DISH website and selecting “My Account” in the top right corner.

What if I have questions about my billing?
Please email our Member Support Department at membersupport@ciafoodies.com.

How do I cancel my account?
You may cancel your subscription in several ways.
On the website: Log into the DISH website and select My Account in the top right corner. Select My Subscription and select Cancel.
Email: You may also email your cancellation to membersupport@ciafoodies.com.
Can I receive a refund?
If you have paid for an annual membership, you can receive a refund for the unused balance of your paid membership. If you have a monthly membership, you may cancel and stop future charges.

I lost my Membership card, how do I get a new one?
Please email us at membersupport@ciafoodies.com if you have lost your membership card and we’ll send you a new one.

What should I do if I am not receiving DISH membership emails?
Please confirm that we have your correct e-mail address by logging into the DISH website and selecting “My Account” in the top right. If the address is correct, please email us membersupport@ciafoodies.com.

What if I do not receive my Membership Kit or my Membership Kit is damaged?
If you do not receive a membership kit or if it arrives damaged, please email the Member Service Center (membersupport@ciafoodies.com) and we will send you a new one. Please be sure to include your membership number for easy reference. This is located next to your name on the DISH member website or in any of the emails you may have received from us.

How do I find my membership number?
You may find your membership number on your membership card, or by logging into the DISH website and selecting My Account in the top right corner. Select My Subscription and you will see your membership ID number.

Technical Issues

I am having trouble logging in.
On the login page, you may select “Request New Password” and an e-mail will be sent, allowing you to reset your password. If the problem continues, please email Member Support at membersupport@ciafoodies.com.

Using the Benefits

How do I use the Deals and Discounts?
Locate the Deals and Discounts section in the drop-down menu under DISH. Select the program that interests you and you will be directed to a page with details for that program and a link to shop and redeem the offer.

Why was my question not answered in the live Question and Answer session?
We make every attempt to answer all questions from our members. Please make sure your question is appropriate for the topic being discussed. Based on the volume of questions submitted we may not be able to answer every single question.

I do not see the member discount on the partner website?
Please make sure to always start your shopping by clicking through to our partners’ sites from the Deals and Discounts page on ciafoodies.com. By starting your shopping session on our site, it will guarantee that you are recognized by our shopping partners as a DISH member.
