When Hyde Park and Greystone students come together, you better believe something sweet will come out of it! Joshua Osamor, Jessica Wang, and Juwairiyah Motiwal, all current CIA students, worked together to create this mango and kiwi tart. A cardamom sablée is filled with a mango compote and kiwi crêmeux, and topped with champagne mangoes and fresh kiwis.
