Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (about 3 cups)
 - 1 teaspoon turmeric
 - 1 tablespoon minced ginger
 - 1 cup brewed green tea
 - 1 cup ice cubes
 - 1/4 cup chia seeds, soaked in water for at least an hour, up to overnight
 - Matcha powder, for garnish (optional)
 - Activated charcoal powder, for garnish (optional)
 
Directions
- In a blender, combine the mango, turmeric, ginger, green tea, and ice. Blend until smooth. Add the chia seeds and pulse just to combine.
 - Serve garnished with matcha and charcoal powders, if using.
