Yamaguchi mojito

Makes 1 serving


  • 1 1/2 oz Dassai 50 sake
  • 1/2 oz mint simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • Prosecco, as needed
  • Mint leaves, as needed for garnish
  • 1 thin slice lime, for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the sake, simple syrup, and lime juice. Shake until well-chilled, then strain over ice in a high ball glass. Top with a splash of prosecco. Garnish with mint and lime.
