Makes 1 serving
- 1 1/2 oz Dassai 50 sake
- 1/2 oz mint simple syrup
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- Prosecco, as needed
- Mint leaves, as needed for garnish
- 1 thin slice lime, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the sake, simple syrup, and lime juice. Shake until well-chilled, then strain over ice in a high ball glass. Top with a splash of prosecco. Garnish with mint and lime.
