Choose Your Next Dining Adventure
Our dining events take the CIA restaurant experience to the next level. With something for nearly every craving, style, and mood, these events offer a world-class dining experience, an opportunity to see firsthand the future leaders of the food industry, and a chance to meet other guests who love food and wine as much as you do!
Shadows and Spirits: A Hex and Harvest Supper Club
For as long as the Hudson River has flowed, shadows and spirits have haunted its shores. This Halloween, we’re welcoming in the dark—and those who dare to greet it—with a dinner party, of course! Enjoy the spoils of the Hudson Valley’s harvest paired with spirits, both in your glass and perhaps in the ether, during an evening with close-up conjurers, cartomancers, and a few secrets the room will need to piece together before dessert can be served.

Beefsteak
Join us for the 12th annual Beefsteak as we honor the tradition of this classic feast with unlimited beef, beer, and bourbon in the stunning Farquharson Hall. Sing and dance along with live music, indulge in great food and drink, and take part in the camaraderie of the evening. We’re getting rid of the silverware, bringing in the beef, and raising a glass of CIA Beefsteak Blonde to transport you back in time to when this dinner craze took New York by storm.

CIA Student Charity Dinner Events
Student-run charity dining events are presented by CIA bachelor’s degree students. These future stars in the hospitality industry are responsible for the planning, execution, and menu development as well as the overall ambiance and theme of the evening.
In the meantime, visit us for a meal or join us for the CIA Experience at our New York campus, where you’ll taste, learn, and tour your way through food history.
