Join us on Saturday, February 3, 2024 for the 9th annual Beefsteak as we honor the tradition of this classic feast with unlimited beef, beer, and bourbon in the stunning Farquharson Hall. Sing and dance along with live music, indulge in great food and drink, and take part in the camaraderie of the evening. We’re getting rid of the silverware, bringing in the beef, and raising a glass of CIA Beefsteak Blonde to transport you back in time to when this dinner craze took New York by storm.

$225 prepaid, all-inclusive of food, drink, tax, and Student Support Service Charge

Cancel up to seven days in advance—No Penalty.
Cancel three–six days prior to the event—$25 per person penalty and the balance is returned in form of a CIA gift card.
Cancel 48 hours or no show to the event—No Refund.
