Bulgur and Lentil Pilaf with Caramelized Onions

It’s that time of the week again when we have to start thinking about the meals to come for the week. We think that Sunday is the perfect day to batch cook a few simple dishes and ingredients to make the work week go by smoother. Today we are talking making grains, perfect as a side dish or the star of the plate!

A few of our favorite grains are farro, barley, rice, quinoa, and bulgur. Make them in batches and keep them in your fridge to add as a side dish to any meal or combine them with few ingredients to make a grain salad to have for lunch during the week. Our farro salad is a favorite. Simple, easy and delicious!
