Costiera Divina: Romance the Coast and Savor the Night

A CIA Student-Run Charity Dining Event

The Culinary Institute of America and the senior capstone class invite you to step into a night of golden light, sea-kissed breezes, sweet-scented flowers, and timeless elegance. Costiera Divina transports guests to the breathtaking Amalfi Coast, where the citrus-scented air mingles with laughter and wine, and every detail from the cuisine to the cocktails to even the décor sings of coastal charm and Italian romance. Bathed in a palette of Mediterranean blues, sunlit yellows, crisp whites, and the occasional flirtatious pops of color, this unforgettable evening will be a feast for the senses.

But beyond the beauty lies purpose. This charity event is dedicated to empowering the next generation of women in the culinary world, as 75% of proceeds will support the Jenny Critchley Memorial Scholarship, a heartfelt tribute awarded to female students at CIA in Hyde Park, NY who embody Jenny’s spirit: ambitious, compassionate, and committed to their craft.

Costiera Divina is also supporting the Sanctuary for Families Charity by donating 25% of the proceeds to the New York-based charity. That provides and advocates for survivors of domestic violence, sex trafficking, and forms of gender violence.

Costiera Divina is a celebration of passion; passion for food, for beauty, for community, and for creating opportunities. Guests will gather not just to enjoy an immersive coastal Italian experience but also to leave a meaningful impact.
