Cleaver IPA

Full-flavored India Pale Ale featuring loads of American hop flavor and aromas of tangerine and mango balanced by malty sweetness.

Created by students in the Art and Science of Brewing class, this German-style Schwarzbier features a complex blend of roasted malts balanced by German hop bitterness and aroma. Medium-bodied with notes of toasted nuts and cocoa, this black lager is flavorful but easy drinking with a crisp finish.

This sparkling golden Belgian-style Saison is bursting with fruity esters of Juicy Fruit bubblegum, pomelo, and banana balanced by Czech Saaz hops and a dry finish. 2022 Bronze Medal Winner, Great American Beer Festival.
