Sour Operating Procedure is our newest Class Project beer, chosen and designed by the students of the Art and Science of Brewing course. Class Project SOP is a tart and refreshing sour beer brewed with blueberry and key lime. It is brightly colored with strong fruit flavors and aromas balanced by acidity and a crisp finish.
