CIA Bakery Café will be reopening Thursday, January 29. Our students look forward to welcoming you back!
The CIA Bakery Café in San Antonio, TX is a student-run pop-up featuring a variety of favorite sweet and savory bakery items along with great coffee, smoothies, and signature aguas frescas available for dine in and takeout.
The CIA Bakery Café offers a uniquely exciting dining experience while giving students the opportunity to take part in the daily operations of a bakery as a capstone course. Students will operate both the front- and back-of-house under the direction of Certified Master Baker Alain Dubernard, Chef-Instructor Vincent Carvalho, and Hospitality and Service Management Instructor Brent Holten ’93.
